Deborah began her financial career in 1994 in the Workout Department of TD Bank. She transitioned to underwriting commercial loan requests and became a senior analyst, focusing on large market clients.
In 1997, she was promoted to group lead and ultimately to assistant manager of the credit department. Her duties included hiring and training new analysts as well as reviewing analyses to be presented for loan approval. After five years in underwriting, Deborah rounded her banking career by becoming a portfolio loan officer for the real estate group.
In 2006, Deborah joined her husband, Art, at Bibeau & Company. Together, they handle all aspects of their company.
Deborah graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A in Philosophy. She and her family live in Portland. During the warmer months, Deborah spends her weekends as support crew for her sons’ baseball and golf endeavors. When snow flies, she spends her spare time emulating Jonny Moseley with limited success.
Greg brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge to Bibeau & Company. He had a twenty-two year career with the United States Army starting with the Infantry and ending as a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of logistics and procurement for the 10th Mountain Division. Greg holds a Pest Control License and Certified Pool License within the State of Maine.
After retiring from the Army, Greg bought, repaired and sold properties in the Portland area. He then transferred the knowledge gained through “flipping” homes into Hotel Maintenance. He worked for the Hilton Hotels franchise until recently joining Bibeau & Company.
Greg enjoys outdoor activities during all four seasons, and although he doesn’t jump from aircraft anymore, he still enjoys the range.
April recently joined Bibeau & Company in the property management office where she sips coffee while opening the mail and fielding calls from tenants. She coordinates repairs and assists with account management.
April began her career in urban planning and eventually moved into property and project management. She references the redevelopment of Pineland Center into a business park as her most enjoyable project. April worked on behalf of the owner and alongside the general contractor during the renovation of the 19 buildings and later established maintenance programs and coordinated tenant fit-ups. For the past ten years, April has managed all aspects of her and her husband’s real estate portfolio, consisting of small commercial, multi-unit and single family homes.
In her free time, April likes to use her son’s razor scooter to hit the jump at the end of her driveway.
Ross brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge to Bibeau & Company. He had a fifteen year career in manufacturing at Sappi Paper Company in Westbrook, Maine prior to earning an Associate’s Degree in Applied Engineering at Southern Maine Community College.
After graduation, Ross worked in residential construction as a builder, and he was a project manager for Patco Construction overseeing the development of several new homes in York and Cumberland counties. He also worked as a drafter and designer with Hancock Lumber and Maine Cedar Logs Homes in Windham.
Ross has an excellent understanding of the needs of property owners and tenants and enjoys providing service and support while working with owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues. Ross is currently managing the maintenance operations for Maine Medical Partners in Scarborough.
Bob has an extensive background in the residential, industrial, and commercial maintenance disciplines and holds a State of Maine Real Estate License.
After four years as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force, Bob continued his career as a mechanic in the civilian aircraft business. He is also a 1988 graduate from the Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship Program at Bath Iron Works. Eventually he transitioned into the CAD design field developing HVAC systems for the Destroyer Program at Bath Iron Works. In 1997, Bob moved into the business of buying, selling, general contracting and repairing and remodeling residential property in the Portland area. A decade later, he joined Bibeau & Company, Inc. and has furthered his experience in the Commercial Maintenance Industry.
Bob lives in Westbrook and has two children, Tyler and Ryan, who have graduated from college and are currently working in their desired career fields.
Arthur Bibeau brings a diverse background of commercial real estate experience to Bibeau & Company, including, appraisal, construction, lending and management.
Art began his career as a real estate appraiser, joining a major commercial appraisal and consulting firm in Portland. Commercial valuation assignments were completed for a wide range of commercial and institutional clients.
Art later joined TD Bank where he pursued a career in commercial lending. He managed the bank’s construction loan department and maintained a multi-million dollar loan portfolio, consisting primarily of real estate developers, contractors, and investors.
In 1998, Art established Bibeau & Company. He is involved in all aspects and oversight of the company’s daily operation.
Art graduated with honors from the University of Southern Maine, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He lives in Portland with his wife and two sons.
